AT&T Firewall and Blocking

AT&T may be blocking your App. Go below to fix it.
This may be why you can no log in to Lime Pie, Droid VOD, or Some other service.

IN th ATT APP--Called  Smart Home Manager:
-------------------------------------------------------------
1. Open the Smart Home Manager app on your phone.  Then Login with your ATT user and Password.


2. Click Settings at the bottom


3. Click on: My Account


Remove ATT firewall.
4.  Click AT&T ActiveAmor


5.  Click Cancel Services, Then choose yes to cancel.  You can always reactivate this the same way for free later if you choose. But it can really cause trouble with IPTV and VOD so I recommend leaving it off.


6. Now try to log in to your VOD or IPTV again.

Disable any antivirus protection on any router you are using

If you are using a Netgear or nighthawk router, be sure to disable the Netgear Armor
