Box seems frozen or not connecting
Please Power Cycle your box, Modem and Router. Unplug ALL of them for 10 minutes from the power source, then plug them back in. This can help fix a lot of common issues with the box failing to check its version, or just not connecting to the internet. Or if it's frozen.
