This IS ONLY for those customers STUCK on the Black BOX X screen– and having a Device Network Error.  This also ONLY applies to customers with an old Softbox X or Softbox Pro.  


People with the Softbox Buzz please ignore this email.  People with a Softbox Go– You can still access Drivemob and all your apps by just going to Apps at the top of your screen and finding Drivemob and all your other apps.


Softbox X and Pros

Most Softbox Xs and Pros are getting 4- 5 years old.
