Factory Reset Softbox Buzz

Factory Reset if you can access the Home screen:

Manually reset if you cannot not access the Home screen. Do this is your screen is flashing on and off with the Softbox Logo.

You have to have a USB keyboard, Or Mouse.

Plug the dongle of one of them into the USB port

Then, Unplug the power to your box. Then Hold down reset button. Then while holding it down, plug your box back in. Keep holding the button down.

IT will open to a screen with a Green android guy. Choose Factory Reset. Choose Ok to wipe.

The box will restart as new. You need to log back into Wifi and log back into to your accounts.
