Power Cycle your box, router and internet

If none of your Apps will play movie or show, and you have already done an internet Speed test from the homescreen then do this:

Unplug your Router, your Modem, Your TV, and Your BOX. Leave them unplugged for 10 minutes. Then plug them back in.
