To send us a message or ask for support.
1. First Click on the Magnifying Glass at the top right and Try searching for words related to your problem. Try a few different ones. This way you can get an answer to you issue right away.
2. If you cannot find an answer to your issue. Click Tickets or Submit a ticket at the bottom of the screen.
3. Leave us DETAILED information so we can help you. Information such as:
What box or device are you using?
What Service or App is not working?
What Screen are you stuck on?
Send us a Picture of the Screen, and Device if you are able. This could really help us resolve your issue quickly.

We respond to all support tickets between 9am and 12pm every day. If you are submitting a ticket outside of that window, we will respond the next morning.
