Set up personal GMAIL on Softbox GO
Do this to Fix it: 
1. Hold down the White button below the pink sticker on until you see the screen change to Factory Reset-- Or erasing.
After the factory reset, do this to get it back up: https://boxhelpers.zohodesk.com/portal/en/kb/articles/softbox-g
