Stuck on the Screen with the X
This may mean that you are not connected to the internet. Try these things below:
1. First just press the curved return arrow to back out and choose Exit. See if this refreshes and fixes the problem.
2. Power Cycle. Unplug your Router, Modem and softbox for 10 minutes and see if that fixes the problem.
3. Could be the box X server is temporarily being updated. To get around this. Turn on your mouse pointer on your remote or mouse.
Move your arrow/cursor to the top right wait for a drop down. Then hold your ok or Mouse button down and pull your arrow down the screen. This will show a white menu/box.
Now Pull the white box down the screen to expand it. Click on the Gear at the bottom of the box. Then choose Apps . Then See All Apps. Choose the App you want to Open. Then click Open.
If you have a Softbox 4k Pro. When the box comes down click on the Gears... Then Click on More Settings. Then Click on Apps
4. You could also swipe up with your Arrow from the bottom of the screen and click on the white square at the bottom that pulls up. This will show your most recent apps scroll through them and click on any
you want to open.
