Can Not load Portal, Invalid response
Try this
First:
make sure your WiFi is turned on. You Wifi Needs on your Softbox Buzz. Go to Settings Gear/Wifi
Second:
Unplug your Router, your Modem, Your TV, and Your BOX. Leave them unplugged for 10 minutes. Then plug them back in.
3rd:
If this does not work. make sure your You are choosing the correct Server in Settings/Server Settings.
Also you should press the Red button to Edit the server such as Drivemob and Make sure you are using the correct user and pass.
4th.
Go to the home screen on your box and Press the Green button to do a speed test. What is your internet Speed? Do you have internet. If not. You need to fix that situation first buy contacting your internet provider.
5th.
If you are sure you have internet on your Softbox Buzz and have the correct user and pass and server then Make sure you dont have a firewall on your internet.
