Fix or Uninstall any APP on Softbox

For Softbox Buzz do this:
1. Clear the data on the App- This is how: https://vimeo.com/1001399643?share=copy#t=0
2. if that does not work, you could uninstall and reinstall the APP- this is how: https://vimeo.com/1001698066?share=copy#t=0

For Softbox Go do this:

To uninstall an app. Click on the Gear at the Top right of your box.  Choose Apps. Then choose the App you need to uninstall. Then click uninstall. Then go back to the home screen and click on the Tile for that App.  Your app will then reinstall correctly.
