If you have No TV guide:
Here are some things to try. First try Refreshing your TV guide.
In drivemob pro just click on update at the top right of Drivemob homescreen.

If you have a softbox buzz. Click on the Menu button on your remote-- The button to the left of the house button with 3 lines. Then Click: Refresh.
If that does not work you could also try unplugging and repluging in your box.
